Mandaz Technology accepts orders only with deliveries to be made within the territory of the European Economic Community.
For each order placed, Mandaz Technology always issues a specific tax receipt or invoice at the explicit request of the Customer.
For the issuance of the tax document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place according to the methods chosen at the time of ordering.
The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes suitably prepared by Mandaz Technology.
The delivery times of the purchased goods vary according to the product, the destination and the availability of the product, this information is always indicated on the site.
Mandaz Technology is exempt from any liability in the event of a delay not attributable to itself in the fulfillment of the order or delivery of the ordered goods, except as provided in point B.2.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
· That the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document or in the waybill;
· That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered (except in the case in which the Kanebo brushes have been changed , in which case the packaging may be damp).
In the event that the packaging of the goods is damaged or in the event of a mismatch in the number of packages or indications, the Customer must immediately challenge the circumstance to the carrier making the delivery, putting the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and inform the Seller by registered letter with return receipt or by email address within 8 days from the date of delivery.
For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Delivery by Express Courier: the methods for this type of delivery depend on the courier to whom the delivery is entrusted.
The cost of shipping is indicated on the Mandaz Technology website in correspondence with the goods object of the order at the time of the order, before paying for the order, and is - in any case - charged to the Customer.
In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery, the Customer can contact our Customer Service:

The Customer Service is available to Customers from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 18:00, and on Fridays, from 9:00 to 17:00.
If the delivery of the order has not taken place within the established terms, the Customer can contact Mandaz Technology by e-mail, asking to make a second delivery within a reasonable time.
If the Customer does not receive the goods after making this request, then he will have the right to cancel the order in the same way (via e-mail). Mandaz Technology will refund the Customer the total amount paid by the same for the Product immediately.
The Customer consequently acknowledges that, in the event of the Customer's failure to reply to the Mandaz Technology Customer Service e-mail, after three months from the day on which the package was returned to Mandaz Technology, the contract will be considered terminated by law pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 cc Once the contract is terminated, Mandaz Technology will reimburse the total amount paid by the Customer, less the costs of unsuccessful delivery of the Product. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail.
Special conditions on delivery costs
Mandaz Technology reserves the right to propose promotional tariff offers on delivery costs relating to orders.
In case of exemption or reduction of delivery costs.
Any abuse or violation by the Customer of the obligations referred to in these General Conditions of Sale will be grounds for suspension or deactivation of the Customer's Account depending on the seriousness of the acts in question.
